A place to learn or further explore basic dance elements to keep your body safe while moving thru space. A welcome back for those who are ready to empower their inner dancer. We will explore different styles of dance as we witness new choreography evolve into each dancer’s personal voice.
Classes will be held as 10-class sessions.
Instructor Bio: Lynda holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance (UC Santa Barbara), with years of experience in performance and teaching movement. Training includes Ballet, Modern Dance, Improvisation, Latin rhythms, and general group fitness formats.
