Sound Bath Alameda – A Ceremonial Vibrational Sound Healing with Percussion

When: 3rd Thursdays, April – October: 4/18, 5/16, 6/20, 7/18, (No August sound bath), 9/19, 10/17

This vibrational sound journey includes crystal bowls, gongs, bells, chimes and a variety of percussion that will immerse you in sonic frequencies that will slow down brain waves to create a deeply restorative state and activate the body’s system of self-healing to calm the mind, body and soul.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket as you will be laying on the floor. Chairs will be available for those unable to sit or lay on the floor. A neck pillow and/or eye pillow will provide additional comfort –these items will be for sale as well.

Vibrational sounds on the gong, crystal singing bowls, and Himalayan bowls will be performed by Jessica Catano.

Jessica Catano CMT has been a Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Birth Doula for over 20 years. She is the owner of Jessica’s Peaceful Journeys and is trained as a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Facilitator. She is a certified Sound Healer and Practitioner of Vibrational Therapy.
