Dance Flow Wednesdays September 1 - October 27, 3-4pm A combination of liquid dance, and hip hop, this class will get your muscle's working while you are having fun. We learn a choreographed routine over a course of 5 wks, adding a little more each week. I will teach techniques like, muscle isolation,liquid hands,and footwork, like grapevine's and kick ball change. Bring your water bottle, wear comfy clothes, and come and dance your troubles away! Dance Flow teaches rhythm, coordination, develops strength, flexibility and confidence. Ages-5 and up welcome.
