International Hoop Dance Instructor, Betty Lucas, teaches Hula Hoop Dancing and HoopChi.

• January - February 2012 classes FULL, focus on hoop routines, rather than new moves.

Lucas launched "HoopChi" while teaching in Bali. (HoopChi, manipulates the hoop by combining dance steps with Yoga stretches and Tai Chi moves). Join Betty for her Hoop classes every Monday night (6:30pm-7:30pm) at Rhythmix throughout the year.
