One Eye Open
A Group Photography Exhibition
August 13 - October 2, 2010
Opening Reception Friday, August 13th
6:00 - 9:00 pm
Photography is about literally capturing a moment in time. One Eye Open presents a diverse group of photographers and some of their favorite stolen shots. Jan Watten seeks the isolated black and white moment, Michael Singman-Aste captures his subjects out of context, while Joanne Clapp Fullagar searches for trust among people and bugs. Jan Erion finds expression through bold color and texture, and Andrew "Fitz" Fitzpatrick likes his photography with pepperoni and a PBR. For curator d'Arci Bruno, "its all about the simple pleasure of taking photographs."
Special installation from the Laslow Beandip School of Jalopy Photography.
